We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide range of printable items and colour options. We use high quality ink that will last a very long time if properly cared for.

Please note that the care instructions provided by the original manufacturer do not take into account the DTG printing process, so we recommend following the care tips on this page to properly care for your printed items.

Printed garments can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with a gentle detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when absolutely necessary. You should not use fabric softeners or dry clean the items.DTG printed items can be tumble dried on a low cycle, but it is best to let them air dry. They are best ironed inside out. The print should not be ironed.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading or damaging the print. The item may also shrink if you wash or dry it at too high a temperature.

Embroidered garments can be machine washed cold, inside out and on a low cycle with a gentle detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine bleach is a safer option.

If you see dye residue in the water, rinse the item in lukewarm water, then rinse in cold water several times, but try not to rub stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry cleaned.

Do not soak clothes after washing or leave them wet in a pile of clothes. Do not wring the embroidered items and use cool air if you want to tumble dry them.

If you want to iron the items, turn them inside out first and ideally place them between two cloths. You should not dampen or steam iron embroidered items before ironing.

Our white glossy mugs and white mugs with tinted interior are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand wash them.

However, black matte and black glossy magic mugs should only be hand washed and cannot be used in the microwave. They are also very prone to scratches, so be extra careful.

The same applies to our enamel mugs, which can also only be washed by hand. In addition, you must not heat liquids or food in the enamel mug - this can damage the coating.

To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Dampen a cloth or sponge with a small amount of mild, soapy water. Clean your case in circular motions. Allow the case to air dry at room temperature.

Don't clean your phone case with alcohol-based products as they can remove the color and discolor the case.

Embroidered hats, backpacks and shoes can be wiped with a damp cloth where needed. If necessary, hats can be hand washed with cold water. Don't use brushes.

Neither hats nor backpacks can be machine washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned. Check the manufacturer's instructions for more information.

All-over garments can be machine washed cold with like colors and no bleach. Clothing must not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. You can iron them on low heat.

All-over print backpacks, fanny packs and duffel bags must be hand washed without bleach. They must not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

All-over print bags and drawstring bags are machine washable on cold cycle without bleach. They must not be chemically cleaned. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

Pillowcases are machine washable on cold cycle without bleach. Pillowcases should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried. They can be ironed at a low temperature.

The pillow inserts should not be washed, bleached, tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned.

Stockings, blankets, towels and laptop sleeves with sublimation printing can be machine washed cold with similar colors at a maximum of 30ºC. Do not use bleach and do not tumble dry. It is best to let them air dry, if necessary they can be tumble dried on a low setting.
