Care instructions

To keep your products looking their best for as long as possible – here you’ll find the appropriate care instructions for each product category.

Clothing & Textiles

Printed clothing (DTG)

We use high-quality inks and DTG printing technology for vibrant, long-lasting prints.

Washing

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, on the gentle cycle
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Use chlorine-free bleach only if necessary
  • Do not use fabric softener; do not dry clean

Drying

  • Best to air dry
  • Alternatively, tumble dry on low heat

Ironing

  • Iron on low heat, inside out
  • Never iron directly over the print

Proper care prevents fading, cracking, and shrinking.
Printed clothing (DTF)

DTF printing offers vibrant colors that last longer than the fabric itself.

Washing

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, on the gentle cycle
  • Use the recommended amount of detergent
  • No fabric softener

Drying

  • Air-dry for longer-lasting results
  • Alternatively, tumble dry on low heat

Ironing

  • Iron on low heat, inside out
  • Do not iron directly over the print
Embroidered clothing

Washing

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, on the gentle cycle
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Chlorine bleach may be used in small amounts – chlorine-free is better
  • If color residue remains: Rinse in lukewarm water, then rinse several times in cold water. Do not rub the embroidery.

Drying

  • Do not soak or stack while wet
  • Do not wring out the fabric
  • Tumble dry on a cool setting

Ironing

  • Iron inside out, ideally between two cloths
  • Do not steam or moisten the embroidery
All-over-print clothing & swimwear

Applies to clothing, caps, fabrics, and swimwear with all-over prints.

  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Iron on low heat

Caps, Bags & Accessories

Caps & Beanies

It is best to hand-wash these items. Machine washing can distort the shape and damage the embroidery.

  • Use a mild detergent (without bleach) in lukewarm water
  • If necessary, gently clean with a damp cloth
  • Do not use brushes

If you’re unsure, check the manufacturer’s label.
Backpacks, Shoes & Flip-Flops
  • Clean with a damp cloth
  • If necessary, hand wash with cold water
  • Do not use brushes

Do not: machine wash, use bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
Bags (all-over print)

Backpacks, Fanny Packs & Sports Bags

  • Hand wash only
  • Do not bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry
  • Iron on low heat, if necessary

Carry bags & gym bags

  • Machine wash cold, without bleach
  • Do not dry clean or tumble dry
  • Iron on low heat
Key chains

Our keychains are made of PLA (3D-printed).

  • Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary
  • Do not place in hot water – PLA can warp at temperatures of approximately 60 °C or higher
  • Protect from direct sunlight and intense heat
Collars & Leashes

Durable webbing made of 100% polyester with a padded inner lining (92% polyester, 8% spandex). Metal snap hook and D-ring on the leash; plastic buckles on the collar.

  • Hand wash with mild detergent
  • Alternatively, wash in a laundry bag on the gentle cycle
  • Air dry

Do not: tumble dry, iron, or use bleach.

Drinking & Tableware

Mugs

Microwave- and dishwasher-safe:

  • Shiny white mugs
  • White ceramic mugs with a colored interior (hand washing helps them keep their shape longer!)

Hand wash only:

  • Shiny black mugs
  • Enamel mugs – do not heat food or beverages in them
Glasses
  • Not dishwasher- or microwave-safe
  • Hand wash with mild dish soap
  • Dry gently – do not scrub the print with rough sponges
Stainless Steel Mugs & Bottles

Double-walled stainless steel with vacuum insulation.

  • Dishwasher-safe if the rubber base is removed
  • Alternatively, wash by hand

Home & Lifestyle

Pillows & Pillowcases

Pillowcases

  • Machine wash cold, no bleach
  • Do not dry clean or tumble dry
  • Iron on low heat

Pillow fillings

  • Do not wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
Socks, Blankets & Bath Towels

Sublimation products – same care instructions for all:

  • Machine wash cold (max. 30 °C)
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Best to air dry
  • Alternatively, tumble dry on low heat
Stuffed animals
  • Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C
  • Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or tumble dry
  • Let air dry
Flags

100% Polyester.

  • If necessary, wash gently by hand with cold water
  • Let air dry
  • Do not iron, bleach, or put in the dryer
Food bowls

Double-walled stainless steel with a rubber base.

  • Dishwasher-safe if the rubber base is removed
  • Alternatively, wash by hand with warm water and dish soap
Small board

Natural wood (unvarnished).

  • Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild dish soap
  • Do not put in the dishwasher
  • Do not soak – wood may swell
  • Dry immediately after cleaning
