• Made to measure: We start production immediately after your order - each piece is made especially for you
• Sustainable thinking: We only produce what is ordered. This way we avoid overproduction and conserve valuable resources
• Production time: Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be dispatched

Shipping & delivery

• Delivery address: Please enter your home address as we work with various shipping partners
• Tracking: As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to track the delivery and redirect it to a packing station or branch if necessary

Shipping costs

Your shipping costs are calculated according to:

• Your delivery location
• The order quantity
• The selected shipping method

You can see the final amount in the shopping cart before you complete your order. If you make changes to your order afterwards, the shipping costs may change - we will of course inform you of this beforehand.
