Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest and run the tape around your back (under your armpits, over your shoulder blades) to the point where you started.

B Waist

Place the tape on the narrowest part of the waist and measure all the way around.

C Hip

Place the beginning of the tape measure at one hip and run the tape over the fullest part of the hip back to the point where you started measuring.

The basketball jersey can be washed in the washing machine with garments of the same color without bleach. The basketball jersey must not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried. The garments can be ironed at a low temperature.
