Made to Order: Your item is manufactured only after you place your order – no inventory, no mass-produced goods. For customizable items, we’ll send you a preview first; once you give the go-ahead, production begins.
Production time: one to three weeks until shipment.

Tracking: As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number via email – this lets you track your delivery and see if it can be redirected to a package station.
