Hold the tape measure parallel to the floor for horizontal measurements.

A Waist
Place the tape at the narrowest part of the waist and measure all the way around.

B Hips
Place the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and run the tape over the fullest part of the hip back to the point where you started the measurement.

To make the garment last longer, wash the swimming trunks thoroughly after each use to remove any salt/chlorine residue. We also recommend avoiding designs with large white areas as they can become translucent when wet.
We recommend washing the swimming trunks with a similar color and not wringing out the garment.
