Place the tape on the narrowest part of the waist and measure all the way around.

Place the beginning of the tape measure at one hip and run the tape over the fullest part of the hip back to the point where you started measuring.

The leggings can be washed in the washing machine with garments of the same color without bleach. The leggings must not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried. The garments can be ironed at a low temperature.
